Can you move the page Eugene Lourie to Eugène Lourié?

Les changed it in the other direction in 2021; not sure why, so I'd check with him. Certainly it makes the page easier to search for without forcing a redirect, but worth noting that we do use an accent in a page title elsewhere (Pokémon).

I recall at the time it was our policy. I think that was before links would autocomplete in the source editor, and maybe in the search bar too, so requiring diacritics to be typed wasn't very user-friendly. Nowadays it's probably fine.
