Monsterverse Continuity Explanation

The continuity of the Monsterverse is put into many forms of media. Unfortunately, there are "plot holes" and erratic misconnections throughout the more distant material, specifically the novelizations of the films, that have most fans here on Wikizilla and the internet confused and unsure of what's canon and what is not. Fortunately, there are ideas and clues that bare possible explanations and connections to lore matters with questionable details. Given that the Monsterverse is meant to be a REALISTIC Godzilla and King Kong crossover series, certain academic topics and many real-life scientific concepts can potentially be applied to the various misinterpretations and ambiguities in the lore.

The mind of Gojira

The very first incarnation of "The King of the Monsters" left an impact on the world both in real-life and in the various continuities that he takes part in. However, the most terrifying aspect of Godzilla that makes him a "Monster" is the rage that gave him reason to go on a rampage that left countless people dead or scarred. But what is it that really makes Godzilla scary? It's the mentality. The emotion. The soul. The mind. The "crown" of Godzilla that gives him the energy rivaled by no living being on Earth. To read Godzilla, you have to think Godzilla. Gojira is an animal, but the title "monster" is given, not birthed. So the darkest truth about Gojira is ironically what defines him.
