The Parrot Frog[2] is a frog-like creature that inhabits the Hollow Earth in the 2024 Legendary Pictures film Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire.
Design
The Parrot Frog resembles a frog with tan coloration and pinkish fish-like fins sprouting out of its back and forelimbs. Its feet resemble those of tree frogs with individual flat circular padded fingers, while its head and eye placement resemble that of mudskippers. The Parrot Frog possesses four fangs in its mouth. When it croaks, its vocal sac becomes red and veiny, and grows far larger than the rest of its body.

Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire
As Kong fought Doug over a Wart Dog carcass, he was distracted by a sound similar to his own roars. He searched for the source, only to discover a Parrot Frog lurking behind a ridge. The Parrot Frog then inflated itself with an inhale before expelling Kong's exact roar.
