GoodTimes Entertainment was an American home video company founded in 1984 by Kenneth, Joseph and Stanley Cayre. The company went defunct in 2005 and was acquired by Gaiam, now Gaia, Inc. Its home video assets were folded into Gaiam Vivendi Entertainment in 2012, which in turn was sold and merged into New Video in 2013. It released several Godzilla movies on VHS in the late 1980s and 1990s.
