Bulgasari (1962) and Tokyo 1960 are two giant monster films used in the youtube video Lost & Unreleased Kaiju Media and i would like to make a Bulgasari (1962 film) page so am i allowed to make this film.

What it "sounds like" is irrelevant to what it is. I guarantee you know just as little about it as we do. You're not making a very strong case.

I know you're trying to help, and I appreciate it. But every movie under the sun does not deserve a spot on this website.
None of us know literally anything about this movie. It has barely any information on the internet, and certainly none in English. There is no basis to make a judgment on whether or not it should be included, and a few sentences is not much of a page.
