They're conjectural (descriptive) names, not proper nouns. See also: strange, dead monster, unnamed tentacled monster, etc.

The |name= parameter of the infobox should have the first letter capitalized, yeah.

I don't really know about Martians. If it's used in the context of these specific creatures, then fine.

Mutant Space Worm wasnt really directly addressing the Worm alien ABB just picked it because its the closest thing in universe to a name

I assume "Martian" could be treated the same under alternate names

The first part was never in dispute. I assumed ABB had good reason, i.e. Stambler was foreshadowing the alien arriving.

If Martian is used in the same way, then it's probably fine, but he would know better.

Yes Martians was used as foreshadowing the same way Mutant Space Worm was however minor correction is emmet mentions the worms but howard had the theory

Martians as an alternate name seems fine, but you should include mouseover text clarifying that we don't actually know where the aliens are from.
