Reiwa--------------> Shin Godzilla----------------------------------------------------> Like the OG "Gojira" movie, really describes modern day Godzilla crisis in Japan.

| Showa - Terror of Mechagodzilla: Dark and Broody. I like that.
Heisei - Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla 2: I don’t know why exactly but for some strange reason I like it more.
Millennium - GMK: Great action. Great special effects. Great Story. Second best film ever.
MonsterVerse - Godzilla 2014: Best Action. Best Special Effects. Best Story. BEST CHARACTERS. BEST MOVIE EVER.
Reiwa - Godzilla: Planet of the Monsters: I have no choice. Shin Godzilla and the other two anime films were boring, so this one won by a hair.

| Showa: Gojira (1954) A great first film, with intriguing characters, and amazing monster scenes.
Heisei: I haven't seen any.
Millennium: Godzilla: Final Wars (2004) I have only seen the American Dub of this film, and it's pretty good. The characters are enjoyable, and the monster scenes are great.
Monsterverse/Reiwa: Godzilla (2014) A great introduction to the franchise, and an amazing film all together. The humans are great, especially Serizawa. The monster scenes are also great.

| Showa: The 1954 film. Just such a good film.
Heisei: Godzilla vs. Destoroyah. An awesome new monster and a good ending. Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah is a close second though.
Millennium: I like nearly all the Millennium films approximately equal but if I had pick I'd actually say Godzilla vs. Megaguirus. Megaguirus is a good villain and it's generally underrated.
Monsterverse: Godzilla vs. Kong. A fun film featuring the best Mechagodzilla since the original incarnation.
Reiwa: Godzilla Minus One. Also a really good film.
