This category is for kaiju/monsters who are confirmed deceased, I figured we should probably have a category for deceased kaiju since we have one for deceased characters.

The problem is that kaiju are far more likely to turn up in multiple continuities, giving them more opportunities to be killed off. I think such a category would have too many names on it to be useful.
The Villain Monsters Category is also bloated so i dont get how this arguement against such a category works.
Why do we need more bloated categories? What purpose does this one actually serve?
Then why does the Villain Monster Category exist or any Category relating to monsters then?
Understand that most categories on this site have been around for ages and haven't been seriously reassessed. It's time-consuming and it's unclear how many people actually use categories to navigate the site. (I also don't think you can reasonably conflate the Villain Monsters category with most of the other monster categories in terms of size.)
A "monsters who have never died in any continuity" category would be sort of amusing, but has the same why-would-anyone-need-this-list problem.
I wanted it to clear up some misconceptions I may have had, for example, thinking Gigan was one of the surviving kaiju of the Showa period for years until i saw the Gigan redux profile.
But a category page wouldn't accomplish that; it would just list his name. You couldn't infer it either, since Final Wars killed him off too.
Perhaps i could list it as, Gigan/Showa but the link leads to the regular Gigan page?
Categories pages can't be customized like that, the list is generated automatically based on what pages have been assigned the category.
