I feel like these users are really the same person. Both have made edits that have been reverted, and the comments on the Godzilla (First Generation) page imply they are the same person.

No user is allowed 2 accounts. I suggest you read the Wikizilla policy.
We do in fact not allow duplicate accounts, but I don’t want to be a dick and potentially cut off some of John’s access to the site.

How did you make the account in the first place then? Why not just use the existing account?
Because I would have to use my phone to make sure that it’s me in which I can’t cause it’s locked up
