Topic on User talk:Astounding Beyond Belief

Hello ABB, I have a question. On the Trivia Section on the Roblox Page, can I add that Toho took down many popular Kaiju Games?

I think the most difficult part is proving that it happened; it doesn't seem to have been picked up by any news sites, even small ones. I haven't been following the story very closely, but I think there was also some uncertainty of whether it was really Toho.

Alright. My opinion's on both sides, with it either being the real Toho or an Imposter, a Fake Tohozilla if you will.

If the devleopers are to be trusted, we know for certain that Kaiju Universe got DMCA'd.

My only wonder was whether they got proof it was really Toho or if they were just too afraid of being sued to dig deeper and complied. But either way, I suppose we could just phrase such a trivia item like "On [date], numerous fan-made Godzilla-related Roblox experiences including [names] reported receiving takedown notices from Toho..." and attach the developers' statements somehow.

I think it's safe to say KU isn't a part of all the takedowns. I think it is the real Toho.
