I asked an mod on rule on crossover characters one time when I was doing Bat-Mech, and Green Lantern Robo I was told as long they first appear in a Godzilla crossover like Red Ronin it is fair game and Biollante Asuka is a treated as while she is mutated form of Asuka she is treated as a separate character so only info her as Biollante Asuka is covered since Biollante was responsible for her creation. Not to mention if it fine for the Kaiju Power Rangers and Kaiju Psycho Rangers to be on here who are forms of characters based non-Godzilla characters who used the energy of Godzilla kaiju to transform into new forms it would be extremely hypocritical to exclude Biollante Asuka.
