Biollante Asuka is a character that first appears in the game P Godzilla vs. Evangelion: Second Impact G. She is Asuka Shikinami Langley after being infected by Biollante's cells.
Design
She has the same appearance as Asuka Shikinami Langley with the exceptions of her green eyes, a rose in place of her left eye, and plant vines growing all over her. She is also presumably much larger than before she was mutated.
Personality
Due to the influence of Biollante's cells, and her original personality, she is violent, hateful, and destructive, repeatedly shouting to Ghidorah Rei about her hate towards everyone.
Origins
Biollante Asuka was created when Biollante's cells infected Asuka Shikinami Langley after she came into contact with and was pricked by the thorns of Biollante’s roses while taking a closer look. Later on, due to her anger while recalling memories about Shinji Ikari, her rage allowed Biollante’s cells to infect and mutate her into Biollante Asuka.

One day, after Asuka Shikinami Langley saw Shinji Ikari and Rei Anyanami together and assumed their interaction romantic, she encountered some roses growing nearby. Coming closer to get a better look, she was pricked by one of the roses’ thorns. Shinji Ikari later helped her bandage the wound.
That same night, as her pricked hand acted independently and memories of Shinji Ikari came flooding back, she became consumed with rage and mutated into Biollante Asuka, a giant Biollante-like form covering her. Rei Anyami arrived at the scene shortly after and attempted to calm her down, recognizing that Asuka’s hatred was not her own. Biollante Asuka attacked Rei with her tendrils. However, Rei Anyami continued her advance, transforming into Ghidorah Rei in an attempt to save Asuka. Biollante Asuka tried to stop Ghidorah Rei from reaching her, but she felt a spontaneous warmth that managed to stop her briefly. Using this opportunity to close in, Ghidorah Rei took Biollante Asuka’s hand, calming Asuka and freezing her Biollante mutations gold. Asuka and Rei then headed home, both human again.
Abilities
Tendrils
She is able to control Biollante's tendrils, using them to cause destruction and attack Rei Ananymi.
Weaknesses
Because of both her mental instability and Biollante’s influence, she tends to have violent outbursts.
Her tendrils were unable to stop Ghidorah Rei, and she was reverted back to normal after Ghidorah Rei calmed her down. This turned her Biollante mutations gold and rendered them seemingly inactive.

Trivia
- Coincidently, Biollante herself was created from female human cells combined with a rose's and mutated by Godzilla's cells.
- The rose in Biollante Asuka's eye socket is a reference to Asuka having an eye patch in the same location in the Neon Genesis Evangelion reboot Rebuild of Evangelion.
