Showa era
Godzilla vs. Megalon
Even though he and his people were by no means inherently violent, when atomic tests conducted by the surface-dwellers threatened the stability and very existence of his country, Antonio appealed to the Seatopians' god, Megalon, to go forth and destroy the surface-dwellers. He also sent two of his agents to the surface to steal Jet Jaguar, to act as a guide for Megalon, and when Godzilla's intervention threatened the Seatopian plan, Antonio called upon the M Space Hunter Nebula Aliens to ask for Gigan's assistance as well. In the end, after Megalon's defeat, Antonio recalled the monster and sealed off the entrance to the surface world.
Reiwa era
Godziban
Megalon, Gigan, and Little discussed the history of Seatopia and its people, describing it as a utopia ruled by King Antonio.
