Major Heinz (ハインツ少佐 Haintsu Shōsa) is the second deputy commander of the Asian branch of the villainous Die-Die Gang in the 1982 animated series Warrior of Love Rainbowman. After the death of Fairie Rosé, Heinz rose to the rank of deputy commander, and aided Mr. K in plotting the destruction of Japan. He is sometimes seen with two hounds called "Deathnoid dogs."

"Secret of the Underground Cavern"
Eager to prove himself in the wake of his predecessor, Heinz sought to use Tokyo's construction force against it to create a secret base beneath the city itself. He delegated oversight of the project to an underling named Torai, who kidnapped rural construction workers and used the "Sainin mecha" mind control device to keep them complicit as they dug out a tunnel beneath the city. Torai somehow managed to bungle the operation by letting a gas leak ignite, causing a major explosion in the middle of the city that exposed one of their tunnels. When Torai reported seeing someone snooping around shortly afterward, Heinz suspected that it was Rainbowman, as no human emergency crew would venture in that quickly after the explosion.
Rainbowman soon found their more rural hideout and wrecked it, due in no small part to Torai's incompetence. Despite this, Heinz swore his revenge.
