Template talk:Toho Monsters

If this is a navbox for Toho kaiju, then why are the Mutos included in it? Both Mutos were created by Legendary and are trademarked by Legendary as far as I am aware. Are they only in the navbox because they are part of the MonsterVerse? In that case, shouldn't the Skullcrawlers and all of the other monsters from Skull Island be in there too? It would make sense considering we also have Kong in the navbox and he isn't a Toho kaiju either. ~Deathrock9 (talk) 13:44, 12 February 2017 (UTC)

The MUTOs and Kong appeared in films featuring Godzilla, a Toho creation, that were officially licensed by Toho and distributed by Toho in Japan. The King of the Monsters (talk) 18:34, 12 March 2017 (UTC)

Television monsters section

Could we change the "television monsters" section to something like "episodic series monsters" so that we can include Get Going! Godzilland and Godziban among other potential series? Same question for the gallery equivalent of this template. -Titanozilla2023 (talk) 15:40, 11 December 2024 (UTC)

Sweet! I went ahead and added the respective kaiju of that show. I was also thinking about potentially adding adventure godzilland, but was hesitant cause although it did have animated segments, it was a variety show and I'm not sure if that really counts?---El spigre (talk) 00:38, 27 January 2025 (UTC)
