The article for Godzilla's Evolved form's design is almost complete; all that's left is to give it a name. How does naming designs work?

Typically, the Godzilla suits had their own names. However, designs like ShinGoji, DougheGoji, and GyuraGoji don't have official names, so fan names are chosen as their names, often their most popular name. There's a similar issue with the Minus One Godzilla - it has no official name, so MaiGoji's been chosen as a temporary plaeholder.
I'm fairly certain there won't be any new design pages publsihed since they're being deleted.
Yeah, I don't expect it to get out of the sandbox stage before it's deleted.
As for the name though, Krichevsky retracted RedskyGoji and suggested WinGoji or WingardGoji. When everything's merged, we can mention them all.
Correct; the plan is for the design pages to be phased out and merged with the incarnation pages.
Still VERY MUCH helps to have all the information there, my own sandboxes merging the pages and galleries for Monsterverse Godzilla were made a lot easier because we had the information layed out and organized already.
I'm waiting for the Japanese fans to give it a name
