Zuborg (ズボーグ is a smoke Zubōgu)kaiju created by Toho that first appeared in episode 6 of the 1979 tokusatsu kaiju series, Megaloman, titled "Battle Against the Invisible Enemy."
Name
Zuborg's Japanese name, Zubōgu (ズボーグ), is derived from 'smoke,' which is rendered in Japanese as sumōku (スモーク).
Design
Zuborg has features from a variety of different creatures, but in general resembles a mole. He has bright yellow eyes and dull grey-brown skin. His mouth resembles that of an octopus, with small tusks on either side of it. He also has a pair of silver horns on the top of his head.
