"The Man from K.O.N.G." (消えたボンド教授, Professor Bond Disappeared) is the b-part of the fifteenth episode of The King Kong Show, which aired on December 17th of 1966. This episode has never been released on home video, and is currently only available as a file ripped from a VHS recording.
Plot
While the Bond family is vacationing away from the island at an amusement park, a man in the shadows named Mister Sabi identifies them to his colleague, in hopes that the man will persuade Professor Bond to come and do research for their home country. The agent follows the Bonds into the Tunnel of Horrors ride, and forces Bond at gunpoint to exit the ride vehicle and escape through a back door. There, Bond knocks the man's gun away and wrestles him to the ground while he bids his children to run. Mister Sabi then arrives in a big white car, and invites the Professor in, and he follows the order with the kidnapper behind him, who has gotten his gun back. The children go to the Science Foundation, the organization that is keeping Kong safe while the Bonds enjoy their vacation, and describe their situation. They confess that they would be unable to identify the kidnappers in a line-up, and instead go to Kong in hopes that he can follow their father's scent. The Science Foundation officer Mister Austin sees Kong for the first time, and they go to the Tunnel of Horrors to search for clues. They find Bond's dropped hat, and Kong quickly recognizes the scent. Professor Bond is threatened by Sabi, who informs him that if he resists he will be shot, and smacks Bond with his cane when he tries to move. A plane lands nearby to take Bond away from his family and his country forever, as Mister Austin questions Kong's abilities after bringing them out into the countryside. He then sees the plane, and noting that it is far away from any airfield, approaches. Bond then hears Kong, and Sabi hastens him onto the plane, which begins to take off. They nearly fly right into Kong, but the plane's jets allow it to have incredible maneuverability, and it veers away. Bond then leaps on the pilot and wrestles the controls from him, causing the plane to fly erratically, before diving toward Kong. Kong tears the cockpit from the rest of the vehicle, and throws the flaming wreckage away. Austin approaches and wrenches a hatch open as Bond and the pilot flee. Kong then lowers himself onto the wreckage as it explodes. He then pulls the men from the cockpit and behind him there is an explosion. Back at the Science Foundation headquarters, Austin congratulates Kong on his job well done, and offers him a job as a secret agent. Kong refuses.
