Also kinda funny he added links to the Manual of Style and the Syntax pages, which don't exist on Gamera wiki. Not trying to dogpile on you Kaiju No. 14, but when do you do stuff like this, it definitely sheds a bad light on you.

ABB has been coy about this, but I'll spill the beans.

The first person that vandalized your page (817sydhbdhd), the latest person (Godzillaeatshit!!!!!!!!!), and you (Kaiju No. 14) all trace back to the same IP address. If it's not you pretending to be other people to make yourself look better, then it is absolutely somebody at your work, school, or home. If this is going to continue to be a problem for our website, then measures are going to need to be taken. So please think long and hard about who could be doing this, and if it is actually you, then come clean with it now.

That's entirely up to you, but no matter what this needs to be sorted out.

i really dont think anyone wants to see K14 banned at all but the issue is he claims this troll is his brother and he cant do anything for some reason.

Its Not Him he Dmed me on Discord about it i dont see any reason why he would vandalize his own page when he does nothing but try to be helpful to the site.

He seems entirely honest about this whole situation it would be tragic to lose him because he has helped with so many non godzilla pages.

Well, Les explained why he might do it: to make himself look better (and, I would add, garner sympathy).

Kaiju No. 14 has been a great help to this site, yes. We've also had significant problems with him: plagiarism, bursts of sudden hostility, editing Japanese Wikipedia without a source to justify an edit he made here, and lying about owning the full version of a dub which has only been found in fragments. His brother (Goji89 on this site) has come up several times before - plagiarizing from us on the Gamera Wiki, for instance - and we considered the possibility that they were really the same person. Editors blaming things on their brothers is almost a cliche at this point.

817sydhbdhd and Godzillaeatshit!!!!!!!!! always seemed to be online at the same time as Kaiju No. 14. Their IP addresses matched. Kaiju No. 14 had no idea who the vandal almost exclusively targeting him could be until Les raised the possibility that it might be him, at which point he became certain that his brother was to blame. Les even predicted that he would accuse his brother. So it's hard for us to automatically accept his word here.

I know I'm not exactly involved in this but, as someone who's been watching all of this since last November, those are my exact thoughts as well.

From how he spoke with me and several others he seems pretty honest that in his case it actually IS a brother

he mentioned a brother once to me offhand before all this had begun as well in an unrelated discussion

He also said that he made some bet that he won and that the trolling sibling wont bother again

But only time can tell how true that suposed bet will be but i ultimately just dont see any Reason why K14 would troll himself or have anything to gain from it risking a ban

because from my discussions i have had with him on discord he doesnt come off as someone who would do that.

As for those past instances of lying about sources and editing a japanese site i dont see how its entirely relevant to now other than him being dishonest when that happened nor can i understand his motive back then but a lot can happen to a person in 8 months from what i see he no longers plagerizes so things can change.
