"Mechagodzilla's Revenge" (メカゴジラのリベンジ, Mekagojira no Ribenji) is the 10th episode of Godziburst and the fourth episode of its second season. Directed by Masami Fujita, it premiered on the BANDAI OFFICIAL YouTube channel on January 30, 2026. An English-language version followed on Bandai Namco Toys & Collectibles America's channel on July 13, 2026.
Plot
Mechagodzilla returns to the CyberduelVerse, determined to take revenge for the match it lost against SpaceGodzilla. The Maser Unit is teleported to the arena, which drives aggressively around it before attaching itself onto Mechagodzilla's back, powering it up. Rodan flies in to take on Mechagodzilla. After narrowly avoiding each of Mechagodzilla's Maser rays, and almost hitting SY-3 while doing so, he is eventually struck midair and crashes. LittleGodzilla is teleported to the arena to aid Rodan, turning the tide against the alien robot. Rodan grabs LittleGodzilla and hits Mechagodzilla with him, causing the Maser Unit to detach from its back and fly away from it. Little briefly jumps and propels the falling Maser Unit towards Rodan, who successfully acquires the new weapon. Rodan fires the weapon he usurped at its former wielder and, combining the attack with LittleGodzilla's bubbly atomic breath, the two ultimately defeat and humble their opponent.

- The English version of this episode contains multiple graphical errors and inconsistencies.
- When the Maser Unit first appears, it is introduced as "MASER-UNIT". No other instance of its name uses a hyphen.
- The first time Mechagodzilla's profile appears onscreen it simply reads, "Mechagodzilla (1974)" and is missing any acknowledgment of the Maser Unit.
- The "VS" screen writes Mechagodzilla's name "Mechagodzilla & Maser Unit (1974)," while his profile writes it "Mechagodzilla (1974) & Maser Unit".
