Beanie Babies are a popular brand of plush toys created by Ty, Inc. In conjunction with the release of Godzilla, Mothra and King Ghidorah: Giant Monsters All-Out Attack, four plush monsters from the Godzilla franchise were released in 2001.
Plushies
Godzilla (White Eyes)
Godzilla, in his white-eyed GMK design was released in plushie form on November 1, 2001. The toy is approximately 8 inches tall and like the others in the line, was a Japan-only product. However, it was available for order to U.S. consumers who attended the New York City Toy Fair in February 2003.
Godzilla (Black Eyes)
A black-eyed variant of the Godzilla plushie was also released along side the original. It has the same dimensions as the original, and was also a Japan exclusive briefly available in the U.S. for New York Toy Fair attendees.
King Ghidorah
Also released with the two Godzillas on November 1, 2001 was a GMK King Ghidorah plushie. The toy is approximately 9 inches tall and was strictly a Japan exclusive.
Mothra
One month after the initial three plushies were released, a Mothra plushie was released on December 1, 2001. Similar to the King Ghidorah plushie, it too did not see any U.S. releases.
