An unidentified boar monster will appear in the ninth episode of Monarch: Legacy of Monsters.

Name

The name of the monster is currently unknown but was referred to as a "pig with 25 crazy horns' by Lee Shaw actor, Kurt Rusell.

Design

The monster resembles a Babirusa, a species of wild swine but much larger with plants growing out of it's back.

• Kurt Russell, who plays Lee Shaw in the series, has cited the boar monster as his favorite monster of the show.

• Shaw's debut in Godzilla: Awakening and appearance in Monarch: Legacy of Monsters marks the longest gap between two appearances of a Monsterverse character, with 9 years.
