An unidentified boar monster will appear in the ninth episode of Monarch: Legacy of Monsters.
Name
The name of the monster is currently unknown but was referred to as a "pig with 25 crazy horns' by Lee Shaw actor, Kurt Rusell.
Design
The monster resembles a Babirusa, a species of wild swine but much larger with plants growing out of it's back.

- Kurt Russell, who plays Lee Shaw in the series, has cited the boar monster as his favorite monster of the show.[1]
- The boar is likely a species of florafauna, however this has yet to be confirmed.

In Godzilla: Awakening, Shaw is only ever referred to by his surname. He introduces himself as Leland Lafayette Shaw III in Monarch: Legacy of Monsters, which he shortens to Lee Shaw.

- According to his army enlistment form seen in the third episode of Monarch: Legacy of Monsters, Shaw was born on August 3, 1924, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As of 1952, he was 5 feet 11 inches tall, 145 pounds, single, self-employed, and resided with his mother in Tulsa.
- Shaw's debut in Godzilla: Awakening and appearance in Monarch: Legacy of Monsters marks the longest gap between two appearances of a Monsterverse character, with 9 years. He is also the first character in the Monsterverse to initially appear in a graphic novel before making a live action appearance.
