The Monarch captain killed by Titan X, Lucas Burke, shares his surname with one of the Operation Hourglass crew, Grace Burke, from "Axis Mundi." Whether this was intentional is unknown.
The names on Keiko's and Hiroshi's fake Apex ID cards are Hiromi Kamata and Genki Yamasaki, respectively. Kamata is the episode's director and Yamasaki is executive producer Jen Roskind's personal assistant.
