He has basically the same backstory as Frankenstein, a similar enough personality and the more popular Gargantua is Gaira anyway. So they could have doubled down on War of the Gargantuas being a sequel by using Frankenstein in Sanda's role and instead of creating Akemi and Paul Stewart reuse Sueko and James Bowen. Or if Sanda needed to be created Ishiro Honda could have commited to making this a standalone like...) | ||||
