Hello, my name is SkullIsland and I'm a patroller on Wikizilla!

I've been a fan of the Big G since I was a young child and have seen all of the Godzilla films along with many other kaiju films. I'm also a fan of anime (Attack on Titan, Evangelion, Madoka Magica, Kill La Kill, Watamote, and the list goes on). I also enjoy watching Akira Kurosawa films as they are inspiring and had a lot of detail put into their stories. When I have nothing other to do I usually watch SML (Super Mario Logan), MonsterIslandbuddies, Cinemasins, Honest Trailers, and Nuclear test footage on YouTube.

I was introduced to the Godzilla franchise when I watched the films: Godzilla vs Destoroyah, Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla, and Godzilla: Final Wars. I prefer to watch the films in their original Japanese audio with english subtitles, than listen to the atrocious dub, as the dub takes a lot away from the film and makes it feel less serious and goofy. I enjoy the films with darker and or more serious tone's such as Gojira, Godzilla vs. Hedorah, GMK, and Shin Godzilla.

I'm currently in the beginning stages of learning Japanese with the hopes that I can one day visit Japan.
