Plot
- "Zagreth Gets Another Chance"
The damaged Mecha-King Ghidorah remains inoperable, and Zagreth worries about the Giant Dark Emperor learning of her latest failure. He promptly materializes before the Vabaruda and electrocutes her, demanding that she finally kill Godzilla. He grants her a final chance to prove herself and repay her debt, returning multiple times to get the last word in. Once he finally leaves, Zagreth hears demented laughter. Its source, Dogora, soon appears before her, remarking on her predicament.
- "Salesman from the Spirit Realm"
Dogora launches a business card into the Vabaruda which introduces him as an assistant manager from the Spirit Realm Sales Department. He adds that his nickname is the Reaper before heading down to Godzilla Island. Chanting ominously, he calls forth the spirit of a slain monster which enters Godzilla and causes him to collapse. The next day, Commander Beisuke Jinguji reviews photos of Junior taken by Torema. She snaps a photo of him and Lucas and remarks how much she loves Junior before hearing him calling for her. When she arrives on the scene, he leads her to a severely weakened Godzilla.
- "Godzilla, You're Heavy!"
Torema diagnoses Godzilla with dehydration and reports back to Jinguji. He dispatches Medical Jet Jaguar, who scans Godzilla but cannot determine the cause of his malady. With difficulty, he hoists Godzilla onto his back and flies him to the monster hospital. Torema snaps a photo and reassures Junior. Zagreth praises Dogora, but he tells her this is only the first phase of his plan - he wants the souls of every monster on Earth.
- "Godzilla's Fighting Record"
Rodan visits Godzilla at the monster hospital, a giant crane holding a bag of ice on his head. The doctor there theorizes that he is suffering from exhaustion. Jinguji, Lucas, and Torema think back on all the battles he's fought since Zagreth first attacked Earth. Godzilla's eyes then open - but his sclera are an ominous red.
- "Godzilla's Derangement"
Godzilla gets to his feet and lunges at Rodan, sucking his aura into his mouth. Dogora announces the start of his plan's second phase to Zagreth, which he boasts will keep the Spirit Realm from firing him. Junior approaches Rodan and roars to a heedless Godzilla as he stomps away. Torema reviews her photos and is shocked to find something in one of them she didn't see while she was taking it - SpaceGodzilla's ghost, looming behind Godzilla.
- "The Terrifying Monster Ghost Photo"
Dogora explains to Zagreth that being fired from the Spirit Realm means a transfer to Heaven, which he finds horrifying because it's so peaceful there. Lucas, Jinguji, and Torema arrive at a conclusion they find incredible: Godzilla is possessed by SpaceGodzilla's ghost. Lucas proposes an exorcism; Jinguji recommends they consult the wise King Caesar, who should be meditating in the Forest of Awakening. Torema sets off to find him in the Panna Torte as Godzilla raids Anguirus's Valley. Dogora flies back to Earth to intercept her.
- "Find King Caesar!"
Godzilla blasts Anguirus with atomic breath as Lucas and Jinguji fret. Torema lands her ship and follows multiple signs pointing to the Forest of Awakening, feeling like she's going in circles as Dogora watches. She then comes upon a sign saying, "Forest of the Lost - The Only Way Out is Death!" Godzilla drains Anguirus's aura and moves on to Gorosaurus's Village.
- "Torema Vs. Dogora"
Torema turns around and spots Dogora, startling him and causing the illusory forest around her to fade away. She draws her laser gun on him and demands to know who he is; he responds with a barrage of business cards. She finally catches one and reads it. Dogora offers to bribe her, but the stack of money turns out to be another illusion, and he unleashes more business cards. She fires, temporarily dissipating him. He reforms in seconds, but is forced to retreat. King Caesar finds her and roars a greeting as Godzilla attacks Gorosaurus.
- "Stop Godzilla!"
Godzilla drains Gorosaurus's aura. Torema explains the crisis to King Caesar, who moves to retrieve a talisman from the Monster Shrine. Dogora reports his plan to Zagreth. With Godzilla nearing Mothra Leo's cave, Jinguji deploys Mechagodzilla and MOGUERA. Torema contacts him to explain King Caesar's plan, and he asks her to try to make Godzilla see reason while the mechs buy her time. They land behind Godzilla; he and SpaceGodzilla's ghost roar at them in unison.
- "Hurry, King Caesar!"
Godzilla fires red atomic breath at MOGUERA and topples it, stunning Jinguji and Lucas. Mechagodzilla's eye lasers have little effect on Godzilla, and another red atomic blast takes it down as well. Mothra Leo flies out of his cave to face Godzilla, evading his atomic breath. Torema tries calling to him, but he only fires at her ship as well. Mothra Leo retaliates with antennae lasers. King Caesar departs the Monster Shrine with the talisman, but Dogora sets off a bomb provided by Zagreth atop a nearby mountain, burying him in rubble. Godzilla's atomic breath connects with Mothra Leo, knocking him out of the sky.
- "Up Against a Wall!"
Godzilla absorbs Mothra Leo's aura as Torema and Jinguji despair. Zagreth congratulates Dogora for his efforts. Traveling to Baragon's House, Godzilla greets the subterranean monster with a blast of atomic breath and grapples with him. Jinguji orders Lucas to reprogram Medical Jet Jaguar for combat. Torema returns to headquarters and points out that the robot won't last any longer than the island's other defenders. She asks them to wait for King Caesar, but Lucas questions what's taking him so long. Just then, Junior finds Caesar buried in rubble.
- "The Last Target"
Godzilla soon overpowers Baragon and drains him. Jinguji prepares to resign, dismaying Lucas, who thought he had an actual plan. With nearly all the monsters on Godzilla Island incapacitated, Dogora and Zagreth divert Godzilla towards G-Guard headquarters. Before Torema can step outside, he targets the base with atomic breath. Junior fires his own atomic breath at the rubble pile, but it barely makes a dent.
- "Mobilization Impossible!"
Lucas reports that Godzilla's attack has cut the base's power, leaving them trapped inside. Godzilla presses his attack. Zagreth declares victory to the Giant Dark Emperor she hopes is watching. Junior's atomic breath grows in strength with each blast, particularly after seeing smoke rising from the base in the distance, and he finally uncovers King Caesar, still clutching the talisman. Godzilla blasts a hole through the main dome of the base before turning to see Junior and King Caesar.
- "Get Back!"
Torema is cheered by King Caesar's arrival, while Zagreth is anguished, having assumed Junior wouldn't pose a threat. Caesar hurls the talisman, a giant ofuda, at Godzilla's head. The King of the Monsters collapses, and the ofuda soon drives out SpaceGodzilla's spirit. The spirit soon takes on physical form, but Lucas is confident, as Godzilla already defeated SpaceGodzilla in the past. A single Corona Beam knocks him down, however, as power returns to the base. Torema rushes outside. Both Lucas and Zagreth realize that SpaceGodzilla is more powerful than before because of all the monster auras he absorbed. Godzilla charges at SpaceGodzilla.
- "Good Job, Son!"
Godzilla rears back and fires his atomic breath, but it's severely weakened due to his own drained aura. SpaceGodzilla returns fire, felling him again. Junior intervenes, knocking down SpaceGodzilla with atomic breath of his own. Father and son fire their rays in unison, and in combination with laser fire from the Panna Torte, destroy SpaceGodzilla once more. The monster's auras all return to them. Torema congratulates Junior. Meanwhile, a halo appears over Dogora's head as he is yanked into Heaven. Zagreth scoffs at him, and questions why she ever let him take charge.

Trivia
- The plot of this story arc bears similarities to the scrapped film Godzilla vs. Godzilla: SpaceGodzilla's ghost fills the role of Ghost Godzilla and possesses Godzilla in place of LittleGodzilla, his spirit is driven out of its host body after being defeated, and he enters a final form after being exorcised but is still defeated.
- There is one instance of Rodan being called by his Japanese name, "Radon," in the English subtitles for episode 74. He is otherwise called "Rodan" in the story arc.
- Another error occurs in the subtitles for episode 79, where King Caesar's name is misspelled as "King Ceasar".
