The Fangs (ファング Fangu) are the next evolution of the Guyborg project overseen by Minour for Crown's "Ultimate Trooper" initiative. They first appeared in the third episode of the 1996 Toho tokusatsu series, Guyferd, entitled "Did You See It? The Ultimate Supertransformation!." The nature of Fangs and how they compare to Guyborgs is never explored, but they are referred to by their creator as either the final product for which the Guyborgs served as a prototype, or as a new creation superseding the Guyborg project, which never left the prototype stage.
