Dororin is the sixteenth story arc of the 1997 television series Godzilla Island. Written by Akio Nanki, it comprises the series' 169th through 178th episodes, which aired from June 1 to June 12, 1998.

Trivia

• This story arc is the only Godzilla Island arc to be named after a monster original to the show.
• This story arc is one of only two to not feature Anguirus in any capacity, the other being The Trial of Godzilla.
• Curiously, the original title card for episode 177 writes the punctuation as "!?" while the GODZILLA OFFICIAL by TOHO upload instead writes it as "?!"
• Misato Jinguji references the common burial phrase "ashes, to ashes, dust to dust" in episode 178 when she uses Fire Fighter Jet Jaguar to spray Dororin with water, changing it to "ashes to ashes, mud to mud".
