"Encipher" (りきがくのげんり,   Rikigaku no Genri, lit. "Principles of Mechanics") is the tenth episode of Godzilla Singular Point. Directed by Daisuke Chiba, Takuma Suzuki, and Atsushi Takahashi, it debuted on the Japanese Netflix on May 27, 2021, and on Japanese television June 3.

Plot

As a group of soldiers tracked Godzilla Terrestris, he was besieged by a giant Rodan, but Godzilla easily killed it by shooting a blue ring from its mouth. Meanwhile, Haberu Kato and Yun Arikawa discuss the nature of Singular Points, places where the logic of the world disappear found across the planet and produce the red dust, and how the Orthagonal Diagnolizer would help destroy the dust but leave the Singular Points such as Godzilla, letting them grow and create a catastrophe that would destroy the universe. Mei Kamino had informed Yun that a man named Michiyuki Ashihara had predicted all of this, and owned the mansion the pair had investigated some time beforehand. Once there, they found that Ashihara had hidden dates within the song ALAPU UPALA 50 years prior.

Some time earlier in England, Mei Kamino conversed with her mentor Li Guiying over how time travel inevitably leads to the past or the future changing until the traveler arrived in a universe with no time machine, and this might be the problem with SHIVA's super calculator which calculates results and sends them back to the past, allowing someone to get results before the problem is entered, but as long as the information isn't understood it wouldn't cause problems. Mei questions what if information was sent to the past about something going missing, and Li responds that there was only one answer as Mei comes to the conclusion herself. Back in the present and now in India, Mei cannot receive a signal to contact Yun due to he damages caused by the kaiju nor can she find Bearach "BB" Byrne, when a woman attempted to steal the robot Pelops II is inhabiting. The thievery is thwarted by the arrival of BB's daughter Lina Byrne, who had come to pick up Mei as BB was busy with the super calculator and Li's butler Makita K. Nakagawa confronting her. Having confirmed Mei's safe transport, Nakagawa left for Kolkata, India and said his goodbyes. Lina informed Mei her father didn't like people that were smarter than him, but further stated BB was in a better mood when he was angry. Meanwhile, Tilda Miller questioned whether Salunga was attempting to reach SHIVA by land, but the monster couldn't be tracked through the vast cave networks beneath the facility.

In Japan, Yun, Haberu, and Jet Jaguar Yung were investigating the dates set out by Ashihara, they found one set matched the time the pair was arrested for trying to break into Misakioku Radio Observatory, and another being the MD Hash code for "Solve it and find out", a code which Yun had given Mei as a quiz, causing Yun to realize the numbers revolved around them. Yun deduced that the codes were all MD Hashes and could be solved using a super computer that used the dates as code. Jet Jaguar converted all of the MD Hashes into dates and times, and found that the dates all occurred within a 42 day interval but the order was wrong. Jet Jaguar then confirmed that all dates matched with communications sent with Mei, and Yun concluded that the chats needed to be ordered the same way as the list. In Tokyo, citizens left in the city were evacuated as an operation to kill Godzilla was commenced. Meanwhile, Shunya Sato met with Tsunetomo Yamamoto over how Misakioku Radio Observatory was built over the remains of Ashihara's home village after a monster appeared from a red sea and destroyed it before being taken down. As the records were lost in the chaos of the war, Ashihara located the bones of the monster and purchased the facility to keep them, discovering the skeleton emitted radio waves redesigned the facility to monitor them, but after his death the only information left on this was the manual on how to handle the bones. As the conversation continued, Yamamoto received a call that the facilities' alarms were going off again.

As Yun and Haberu listened to the message ordered by Ashihara's list, both found it didn't make much sense. Jet Jaguar informed the pair that two events weren't included, as one was a phone call and the other hadn't occurred yet and would occur in 4 days, giving them Mei's identity and that they would come in contact with her again in 4 days. As they put this together, the mansion's radio began to play ALAPU UPALA. At the same time, Mei heard the song on her ride to SHIVA, and Lina explained that it a song about parting and coming back together in the ocean. Suddenly, Salunga appeared in a nearby town and was confronted by the Indian military and BB, and SHIVA mercenaries. While Salunga easily dispatched the military, the SHIVA employees utilized the Orthogonal Diagonalizer to impale and temporarily hold Salunga in place. Lina arrived shortly after and reunited with her father. In Tokyo, the JSDF launched their assualt on Godzilla Terrestris and downed the kaiju, only for it to recover as Godzilla Ultima, who used its atomic breath to destroy the attacking tanks and set the city ablaze.

"Relaunch" (りふじんながくふ,   Rifujin na Gakufu, lit. "Irrational Sheet Music") is the eleventh episode of Godzilla Singular Point. Directed by Daisuke Chiba, Takuma Suzuki, and Atsushi Takahashi, it debuted on the Japanese Netflix on June 3, 2021, and on Japanese television June 10.

Plot

Having been alerted by a mysterious song, Yun Arikawa and Haberu Kato went to investigate Misakioku Radio Observatory and the monster skeleton that supposedly released the song. Arriving there, they witnessed Takehiro Kai and armed men holding Shunya Sato, Tsunetomo Yamamoto, and another Misakioku staff member hostage and moving the skeleton out of the basement, only to be captured by the men. Meanwhile, Yukie Kanoko received a message from Mei Kamino. Back at Misakioku, Takehiro explained to his hostages that the bones belonged to a monster that formed the a singular point found by Michiyuki Ashihara, but Yun warned him that there is a singular, growing Singular Point connected between dimensions. Takehiro scoffed at his comments though as he thought it was impossible to destroy the Singular Point even with the Orthagonal Diagnolizer. In Tokyo, Godzilla and a Manda battled within the city, ending with Godzilla using its atomic breath to dismember the Manda and destroy multiple nearby buildings. At SHIVA, Mei Kamino and Tilda Miller were arguing over the oncoming catastrophe, Mei believing all efforts must be put towards stopping it whilst Tilda believed the Orthagonal Diagnolizer code was a higher priority, and that Mei had to be on board or be kicked out. Mei then met up with Bearach "BB" Byrne, his daughter Lina Byrne, and the robot Pelops II. BB asked Mei not to worry about Tilda as it was better not to get on her bad side if she wanted access to the Super Dimension Calculator. BB explained that the compound was designed as a giant computer, although it wasn't complete as the Singular Point needed for the calculator to work would take years to be fully brought to the surface. As BB attempted to show Mei the way to the calculator, Tilda learned BB had stolen multiple Orthagonal Diagnolizers and deactivated his key card. BB's group ran from SHIVA's guards as he explained that before her death Li Guiying had requested BB send the weapons around the world to help deal with the Singular Points. The group escaped with the help of Michael Steven.

In Tokyo, Yoshiyasu Matsubara and one of his soldiers observed that Godzilla's presence caused around one thousand earthquakes to occur within an hour, causing the massive foundational damage and flooding to occur across the city. As they were speaking, a flock of Rodan spotted them and forced them to take shelter. At Otaki Factory, Japenese leaders came to request aid from Goro Otaki and his crew, but learned from the factory's assistant Satomi Kanahara that Goro, Haberu, Yun, Shunya, and Jet Jaguar had left for Tokyo to hunt Godzilla. The group traveled by boat through Tokyo, where Shunya learned from his contacts that Takehiro had taken the monster bones to a cargo ship, while his boss Yukie Kanoko had taken a flight to Kolkata, India before the red dust surrounding Tokyo caused the connection to fail. As Yun and Haberu listened again to the message put together by Michiyuki Ashihara, they determined that it had been telling them to head to Tokyo and instructions may be found there, but cannot be told to them directly. As Jet Jaguar Yung finished reiterating the message, he stated that the action made him uncomfortable emotionally but was unable to explain it before being forced to automatically update and reboot. In Kolkata, Yukie met up with Makita K. Nakagawa, who gifted her an Orthagonal Diagnolizer on Li's behalf.

In India, Micheal congratulated BB for his work but knew Tilda would never let them use SHIVA to find the code to neutralize the red dust. The group traveled to a cave where the monster Salunga had escaped to the surface. There they met with Takehiro who questioned Mei how she would stop the catastrophe through the metaphor of Aladdin's lamp, and Mei answered she'd ask the lamp for a way to destroy it if it was creating the catastrophe. This pleased Takehiro, but he and Micheal had to leave and left BB with a new account to access Shiva. In Tokyo, Jet Jaguar continued to upgrade up to 551 times. Yun speculated a modified version of the song ALAPU UPALA held the upgrade through the concept of preformationism, and that the codes Ashihara had written for them weren't just dates, but sectors of Jet Jaguar's memory. Suddenly, the group was attacked by a Rodan, prompting Jet Jaguar to awaken, kill the monster, and crawl to shore to continue updating.

Back in India, Mei, BB, Line, and Pelops II followed a path through the cave Ashihara first discovered SHIVA's Singular Point beckoned by the song ALAPU UPALA. In Tokyo, Jet Jaguar finished upgrading and revealed that Jet Jaguar Yung had been replaced with Jet Jaguar PP, a todder-like personality which could learn quickly. Jet Jaguar then revealed coordinates to 100 meters above Tokyo Station, stating he must arrive there there by the following day before singing ALAPU UPALA

"Explorer" (たたかいのおわり,   Tatakai no Owari, lit. "The Battle's End") is the twelfth episode of Godzilla Singular Point.

Plot

Yukie Kanoko looked over the ruins of Tokyo alongside Makita K. Nakagawa and compared the current state of the world to Ekpyrosis, a great fire the Greeks believed would destroy the cosmos as the gods outgrew them, allowing them to start from scratch. In India, Bearach "BB" Byrne, Lina Byrne, Mei Kamino, and Pelops II arrived in SHIVA, walking by the aftermath of an explosion caused by the complexity of the calculations ran during the first usage of the Super Dimension Calculator due to its calculations being repeated and compressed in the directions of time. BB explained that after the explosion, the calculator was left abandoned for 20 years until Li Guiying solved the problem that caused the explosion and used this new method to discover Archetype and the Orthagonal Diagnolizer. With this discovery, SHIVA began lifting the Singular Point within the calculator out of its pit as a production plant for archetype. BB determined through Mei's research that since the calculator into the future to run its calculations that the explosion was actually a preview of the catastrophe predicted by Michiyuki Ashihara.

As Yun Arikawa, Goro Otaki, Haberu Kato, Shunya Shato and Jet Jaguar PP were freeing their truck, a strange moth landed on Jet Jaguar's finger. Jet Jaguar asked Yun if it would bite but Yun reassured him the moth just wanted to play as it flew away, its departure saddening Jet Jaguar. As the kaiju and red dust began covering large portions of the Earth, Yoshiyasu Matsubara and his soldiers observed a red plant mass which shared properties with the red dust, grew by absorbing it, and caused buildings to collapse (simply called "The Blob" or "Grey Goo) while realizing the monster Godzilla was distorting space itself. During this discussion, Yukie and Makita arrived to deliver an Orthagonal Diagnolizer which could semi-permanently neutralize the red dust with a code that Mei was attempting to find, althugh Yukie had been under the impression the code had already arrived and suggested to seek out Yun for help.

In India, BB and his group came across the aftermath of dissolving red crystals created from BB's first usage of the Orthagonal Diagnolizer, which he explained used a code left over from Ashihara and the the version used against Salunga above ground only modified the casing to make the effect more extreme, meaning the monster could escape its bindings at any moment. The group made it to a control room, where Pelops II opened the gates that had once blocked Salunga's path to allow the continuation of their journey. Back in Tokyo, Haberu and Yun witnessed the grey goo plants, which Yun referred to as an invasive species, and that combined with Godzilla's continued evolution made their victory uncertain. Jet Jaguar then noticed a flock of Rodan attacking Yushiyasu and his soldiers, intervening and killing multiple Rodan until the remaining members of the flock retreated. At SHIVA, Tilda's head mercenary informed her of BB's shipping of Orthagonal Diagnolizers to seven countries, and that the crystals imprisoning Salunga had begun to disolve. Underground, BB explained his plan that after finding rthe code, they would secure outside communication and send the code to the operators of his Orthagonal Diagnolizers, destroying the red dust Micheal Steven would get them out with ease, and afterwards Mei could observe the catastrophe as much as she wanted. The group approached Super Dimension Calculator, watching as it distorted space in progresssively stronger degrees.

In Tokyo, Yun observed Yukie's Orthagonal Diagnolizer and commented it would be simple to operate once the code was recieved, which Haberu speculated was the message Ashihara had predicted Mei to send them in four hours. Yushiyasu was skepical of trusting a prophecy and offered to hold onto the device until the code arrived, but Yun rejected the offer as he speculated the catastrophe would occur at the same time, which Yushiyasu also doubted the existance of but trusted the group enough because of their other exploits to go along with the plan. However, Yushiyasu revealed that Godzilla had stopped at Tokyo Station, their initial destination and had grown to 100 meters, making Godzilla itself the location indicated in the coordinates sent by Jet Jaguar This worked out as Yun explained Godzilla's production of the red dust meant the Orthagonal Diagnolizer would work most effectively there where it was at its most dense. At SHIVA, Pelops II accessed the Super Dimensional Calculator while BB attempted to find the code for the Orthagonal Diagnolizer, only to find the potential codes far exceeded 3 billion and continued increasing as the calculation continued while the Singular Point's distortion of space grew even stronger. The group realized that the future was fluctuating and that Pelops II needed to cut off the calculation before the future diverged for it to be successful, but his progress was hindered and they began investigating the problem. Meanwhile, Salunga broke free of its binds and marched towards SHIVA unfettered by the military as Tilda prepared her only remaining Orthagonal Diagnolizer to fight it. Underground, BB found that the catastrophe was causing the divergence and could occur anywhere from 3 months to 3 hours from the present, much sooner than he anticipated, but didn't know if there was a way to stop the catastrophe. Just then, Pelops II returned having showed an image that matched with Ashihara's drawings. Pulling up Ashihara's research, Mei learned he had been trying to stop the catastrophe and asked Pelops II to find relevant pages, only for Pelops to diverge and the calculator to shut off. The calculator began playing ALAPU UPALA while Otaki Factory worked to get a flight pack onto Jet Jaguar. As they did so, more of the moths appeared, which Goro identified as silk moths but of the wrong color, quoting "The flight of the yellow butterfly is a sign of warfare" as he, Yun, Haberu, Yushiyasu, and three trucks of soldiers set out for Godzilla.

"Together" (はじまりのふたり,   Hajimari no Futari, lit. "The Beginning Two") is the twelfth episode of Godzilla Singular Point.

Plot

Over artwork depicting an ancient emergence of Godzilla, a mysterious voice communicated to Jet Jaguar PP over the robot's identity, claiming to be an ancestor of Jet Jaguar. Within SHIVA, the AI Pelops II, having combined with the many divergences the catastrophe had previously created, noticed an unfinished task that had been started 50 years beforehand and returned to the network of the Super Dimension Calculator to meet with Mei Kamino, Bearach "BB" Byrne, and Lina Byrne. BB revealed this was the task which Michiyuki Ashihara used to create the element Archetype, but the task was left unfinished due to the explosion. Mei and BB realized the task was a code for the Orthogonal Diagonalizer which could be used to avoid the catastrphe, so Pelops II left to investigate it. In Tokyo, Yun Arikawa, Haberu Kato, Goro Otaki, Jet Jaguar, and three trucks of soldiers led by Yoshiyasu Matsubara were being chased down by a flock of Rodan as they attempted to reach Tokyo Station to recieve the code for their own Orthogonal Diagonalizer. One of the solider trucks left to divert the Rodan's attention, but more appeared to follow the others.

At SHIVA, Tilda watched as her head mercenary fired an Orthogonal Diagonalizer at the monster Salunga when it approached their facility as the device had ensnared the creature before, but Salunga simply moved the dust away as the weapon went off, rendering its effects moot. Within the Super Dimensional Calculator, Pelops II learned that Ashihara had been attempting to use Archetype to stop the growth of the Singular Points that would lead to the catastrophe, which confirmed the theories of BB and Mei. Pelops II then moved back into the Super Dimensional Calculator to repair and resume the task. In Tokyo, as the three remaining vehicles approached Godzilla another flock of Rodan appeared. Goro realized this was where they'd have to send off Jet Jaguar and Yun with the former's flight pack, but the Rodan attacked before they could take off. The two soldier vehicles stopped to distract the flock, but still more Rodan appeared to follow the group. As they fled the Rodan, Goro noticed the road ahead of them abruptly ended in a cliff and that Jet Jaguar had to take off immediately, which he did with Haberu helping to lift it into the air while the truck fell off the cliff.

At SHIVA, BB discovered there was only 20 minutes left until the catastrophe occured, meaning the catastrophe was too close to complete the task. Pelops II suggested looping the task through the past instead as it was still connected to when it was started 50 years ago, but Salunga broke into the building before he could finish repairing it. In Tokyo, Jet Jaguar and Yun were attacked by a flock of Rodan as they were enroute to Godzilla. Jet Jaguar killed many Rodan, but quickly found themselves between the flock and Godzilla. Godzilla obliterated the flock with its atomic breath, forcing Jet Jaguar to crash-land on Godzilla and seperating himself, Yun, and the Orthogonal Diagonalizer from eachother as parasitic Meganulon approached Yun. At SHIVA, Salunga lept onto the calculator and began ripping apart its outer shell, forcing Mei, BB, and Lina to flee as Pelops II finished repairing the taks and successfully resumed it by looping into the past. In Tokyo, Yun dodged Meganulon attacks as he raced towards the Orthogonal Diagonalizer, but Godzilla's movement caused it to fall off the monster's back. Yun lept off Godzilla's back and caught the Orthogonal Diagonalizer as the time came to recieve the code, but no message was recieved. Jet Jaguar caught Yun before he could hit the ground, but the damaged flight pack forced them to crashland again and seperating the robot with the Orthogonal Diagonalizer from Yun while the crash alerting Godzilla to Yun's location. At SHIVA, Pelops II completed the task and found that the code to stop the catastrophe did not exist. Suddenly, the song ALAPU UPALA began playing from the Super Dimensional Calculator, and Mei came to the realiziation the song must be a message and asked Pelops II to analyze it. As it did so, the catastrophe occured and cut contact between the AI and its companions. Inside the task, Pelops II discovered a visage of Michiyuki Ashihara and found that the program to make Jet Jagaue invincible that Yun had requested them to calculate was reacting to the visage while Salunga destroyed the calculator in the present.

At the same time, the Orthogonal Diagonalizer began reacting to Jet Jaguar, causing the robot to grow to 100 meters in height and allowing it to save Yun from Godzilla. As he battled Godzilla, Jet Jaguar PP remembered and explained to Yun that it was a distant descendent of Pelops II and Jet Jaguar Yung, having been broadcasting the song from within it until he could confront the catastrophe, and that he was the code to the Orthogonal Diagonalizer. As Godzilla managed to blast its atomic breath through Jet Jaguar, he said his goodbyes to Yun and released the code, converting all of the red dust around the world into blue crystals. Goro, Haberu, Yoshiyasu and his soldiers looked around at the crystals, while Salunga had been left impaled by the crystals erupting from the Singular Point within the Super Dimensional Calculator. In the aftermath, Yun and Haberu finally met up with Mei and Pelops III.

At an unknown location, Micheal Stevens, Takehiro Kai, and a man resembling Ahsihara overlooked the construction of a mech created from a monster skeleton Takehiro had stolen from Misakioku Radio Observatory.
