Rie Kugimiya (釘宮 理恵,   Kugimiya Rie) is a Japanese voice actress and singer primarily known for her many roles in anime and video games, for which she has been nominated and won multiple times at the Seiyu Awards. Some of her most notable voice acting roles include Alphonse Elric in Fullmetal Alchemist, Kiana in Honkai Impact 3rd, and Happy in Fairy Tail and Edens Zero. Kugimiya voiced Jet Jaguar and his A.I. Yung in the anime series Godzilla Singular Point.
