Mie Hama

Mie Hama (浜 美枝 is a Hama Mie)Japanese former actress, radio host, and author. Getting her start as a contract player for Toho, she appeared in multiple of the company's tokusatsu films, including King Kong vs. Godzilla (1962) and King Kong Escapes (1967). Her character in the former is notable for being the only non-blonde woman (as well as the only Asian woman) to be kidnapped by Kong. Hama most famously appeared in the 1967 James Bond film You Only Live Twice (with which Toho cooperated) as the Bond girl Kissy Suzuki. She was frequently cast alongside fellow actress Akiko Wakabayashi.
