Tsugutoshi Komada

Tsugutoshi Komada (駒田 次利 Komada Tsugutoshi) is a former Japanese suit actor. He was the primary suit actor for Jet Jaguar in Godzilla vs. Megalon.
Though little is known about Komada, Godzilla vs. Megalon was his first foray into suit acting, going on to call it "the most wonderful thing that ever happened to me."[1] Whether he acted in other roles before this is unknown, though he went on to portray a Muan[2] and the Iron Prince Brazer[3] in the P-Productions series Iron Man Tiger Seven and Adventures of Rockbat, respectively. Komada has made scattered appearances at public events, and most recently gave an interview for the "Launching Jet Jaguar" special feature on The Criterion Collection's 2019 Godzilla: The Showa-Era Films, 1954-1975 Blu-ray box set.
