Yonejiro Saito (斉藤 米二郎,   Saitō Yonejirō) was a Japanese film producer and one of several people who claimed credit or has been given credit for creating Gamera, along with Masaichi Nagata, Hidemasa Nagata, and Tomio Sagisu.[1][2] He worked for Daiei from 1963 until the company's bankruptcy in 1971.
