Takashi Miike (三池 崇史 is a Miike Takashi)Japanese film and television director. Extremely prolific, he has directed at least one film per year since 1991.

Trivia
- Kadokawa selected Miike to direct a Daimajin reboot in 2006, which they scheduled for release in 2008.[1] Though they cancelled it after assessing the box office failure of Gamera the Brave,[2] Daimajin ultimately appeared in Miike's 2021 film The Great Yokai War: Guardians.
