In the real world
- The Phoenician civilization reaches approximately 1500 years of existence. They would last until 64 B.C.
In fiction
- A group of Phoenicians make their way to the Japanese islands, where they encounter a gigantic creature. Believing him to be their god Dagon, they witness his battle with an entity the Japanese called Jinshin-Mushi. After being defeated and infected with his enemy's parasitic young, Dagon regains consciousness and returns to the sea. Eventually, he collapses and dies in the Philippines. (Godzilla: Aftershock)
