"Madam Bio's New Menu" (ビオ姉さんの新メニュー, Bio Nēsan no Shin Menyū) is the 29th episode of Chibi Godzilla Raids Again and the 16th of its second season. Written by Taketo Shinkai and Yuki Hirokawa, it aired on Japanese television on July 17, 2024. An English-subtitled version followed on the GODZILLA OFFICIAL by TOHO YouTube channel that July 24.
Plot
Chibi Godzilla brings Chibi Minilla to Chibi Biollante's snack bar. Having never seen Chibi Minilla before, Chibi Biollante is initially bothered by a child being in a bar, though she quickly relents due to her not selling any beverages whatsoever. Chibi Minilla is shocked by this while Chibi Godzilla tells her Chibi Biollante only sells dry food. Chibi Biollante then notes that most of her customers are children anyways and welcomes Chibi Minilla before admitting she's felt stressed due to inflation. After explaining that prices were only get higher while less customers were coming in, Chibi Godzilla and Chibi Minilla begin to think of ways to attract more customers. Chibi Minilla gets an idea, but Chibi Biollante dismisses her opinion due to her age until realizing Chibi Minilla's idea of adding new menu items would work, earning her praise. Chibi Minilla suggests Chibi Biollante add drinks to her menu, but she slumps over, clearly unreceptive to the suggestion. Chibi Godzilla notes there's a vending machine near Chibi Biollante's bar that sells lots of drinks, though instead of listening to Chibi Minilla's suggestion to sell them in the bar, Chibi Biollante goes with Chibi Godzilla's soy powdered biscuit snack, adding it to the menu and commenting on how dry it is. Some time later, Chibi Biollante makes it as the trio await her next customer, or "victim" as noted by Chibi Minilla. Soon, Chibi Titano bursts inside, annoying Chibi Biollante with his abrasive demeanor until he begins praising the location. She gives him a biscuit, which he eats. Chibi Titano begins shaking and shouting, though instead of being mad like Chibi Minilla assumes, Chibi Titano calls it delicious. Chibi Godzilla exclaims that they have a new menu item, but Chibi Biollante tells him it isn't so easy and that there's one thing she values from her customers more than money. As Chibi Titano begins trembling and requesting water, Chibi Biollante reveals that the thing in question is their dehydrated expressions, concerning Chibi Minilla.
