Plot

Chibi Godzilla and Chibi Minilla find a hand-written comic in one of the classrooms on Monster Island, with Chibi Godzilla wondering who wrote it. After reading out the title, revealing it to be a yaoi comic, Chibi Godzilla attempts to begin reading when Chibi Mothra suddenly arrives, visibly panicked. Now holding the comic, Chibi Mothra asks if either of the two looked at the contents. Chibi Godzilla begins to answer that he saw a bit, but Chibi Minilla stops him, telling him that she's better off not knowing - a white lie - and that everyone has secrets they'd rather others didn't know. Chibi Mothra asks again if he looked, which he cheerfully confirms, causing Chibi Mothra to fall to the ground. Chibi Godzilla explains to an annoyed Chibi Minilla that he didn't look at the contents of the book, so he lied and said he did. Chibi Minilla asks Chibi Mothra if she is okay, and she gradually recovers from her horror. She denying making the comic or even owning it. She then proceeds to go into a detailed explanation about the story, criticizes it for being cliché, and then praises it for having some surprises in its portrayal of the butler character, all while pretending to know nothing about it. Chibi Minilla sees through this and comments that it sounds like what an author would say. Chibi Mothra angrily concludes that she is not an otaku, but Chibi Godzilla says that he is, surprising her.

Chibi Godzilla explains that he is a massive fan of the Godzilla films, adding that while it may be a part of his DNA, he still thinks it's great to be passionate about something as long as you don't bother others about it. However, he can't stop himself from firing atomic breath whenever he sees Godzilla using it in a film, which Chibi Minilla refers to as a huge bother. Chibi Godzilla concludes that he thinks being an otaku is great, with a grateful Chibi Mothra thanking him. Chibi Godzilla then asks if he can read Chibi Mothra's comic, with Chibi Mothra emitting poisonous scales in response and saying she would be very angry if he did. She then leaves the classroom, leaving Chibi Godzilla and Chibi Minilla to wonder about the contents of her comics. Chibi Godzilla then finds another yaoi comic, causing a panicked Chibi Mothra to return to the classroom and ask if he'd looked at it. Chibi Godzilla says that he did even though he didn't, causing Chibi Minilla to realize that he doesn't understand how white lies work.
