The Giant Mutant Termites (ミュータント巨大シロアリ,   Myūtanto Kyodai Shiroari, lit. Mutant Giant Termites) are giant insect kaiju created by TriStar Pictures that first appeared in the Godzilla: The Series episode Bug Out.

Bug Out

The Giant Mutant Termites were found in Brazil, where they were eating the rain forests to the ground faster than anything humans could do to stop them. H.E.A.T. and Godzilla arrived and Godzilla began to attack the Mutant Termites, but the soldier termites swarmed and temporarily overwhelmed him. Dr. Mendel Craven then created a device that disoriented the termites and they began to attack each other. The other members of H.E.A.T. took the opportunity to destroy the Termite Queen and her eggs.
