Despite its name, the Mutant Jellyfish has a brown caterpillar-like body with a light tan underside and spikes running down its back with four larger spikes at the end of its body. Its head has a giant horn on its forehead and its mouth has yellow flesh, seven teeth, four small teeth and a large tooth inside the mouth, two teeth outside the mouth, a tongue, and two fangs. Its thorax has a pair of yellow wings and four arms with pincer claws on each arm with spikes on the elbows. Its abdomen has four legs with one claw on each leg.

The Mutant Jellyfish fought with Godzilla shortly before he and H.E.A.T. disappeared into the future. The Mutant Jellyfish awaited their return, and was quickly defeated when they arrived back in the present.
