The episode opens with [[H.E.A.T.]] enjoying a day at the beach. [[Randy Hernandez]] goes into the water to retrieve a ball, and he is hit by a water spout. He is rescued by [[Monique Dupre]], but when the spout hits land it becomes a tornado. when they get back to headquarters, they learn that the day's weather conditions were not able to produce a tornado, and [[Niko Tatopoulos]] and [[Elsie Chapman]] go to investigate another hit site. There they speak to a scientist who reveals that they were experimenting to combine nuclear fission energy with wind energy to create a new type. They then discover a set of steadily growing footprints and head toward the next twister, where they meet the rest of H.E.A.T.. They are nearly lost in the twister, but [[Godzilla/Godzilla: The Series|Godzilla]] arrives and chases it away. Knowing that something is amiss about the tornado, [[Mendel Craven]] is able to access [[N.I.G.E.L.]]'s video feed from his position inside of it, and they watch a mouth close around it. Elsie then uses the video to discover that the creature in question is in fact a masked shrew that was caught outside of the power plant when it exploded during the energy experiments, and was fused with the twister it created, and now uses it as a vacuum to suck up the massive amounts of food it requires. Randy Hernandez suggests that it be called [[Shrewster]]. Craven then creates an HPIS device that will change the pressure inside the tornado and expose the shrew inside. The monster then attacks lower Manhattan, and H.E.A.T. goes after it with their device. Shrewster sucks it up, but the device does not activate due to high levels of static electricity. Nick is nearly sucked into the twister, but sensing Nick's peril, Godzilla arrives to fight the Shrewster. Godzilla gets hit with a boat from inside the twister, knocking him out, and Nick gets sucked into the twister. Nick is then able to activate the HPIS device from inside the twister, freeing Shrewster. Godzilla then attacks him, and the two battle. Godzilla is defeated, and Nick lures Shrewster into some scaffolding that serves as a cage. Godzilla then awakens at the sound of Nick's voice, and crushes the scaffolding around Shrewster, and Nick says that it will be brought to [[Monster Island]].
