Gamera: Dream Battle (ガメラ ドリームバトル is a Gamera Dorīmu Batoru)1999 Japan-only game released for the Sega Dreamcast's Visual Memory Unit (VMU), as a tie-in for the film Gamera 3: Revenge of Iris. It comes packaged with a small figure of Gamera, and was released on March 25, 1999.
Gameplay
Gamera: Dream Battle operates both like a virtual pet game similar to Bandai's Tamagotchi, and as a tournament fighter with RPG-style battles. The player is able to select a monster and raise and train it, then enter it into a fighting tournament against other monsters. If the player also owns the game Mothra: Dream Battle, released three months prior, they can allow monsters from both games to fight against each other.
