The Roblox community has created several Godzilla experiences (games), with the most significant being Kaiju Universe by Prometeo Games. The experience has many Godzilla monsters and some original fan-made ones. The gameplay is mostly about destroying buildings and fighting other players in order to earn more G-Cells, which are used to buy more kaiju, but not all kaiju can be bought with G-Cells alone, there are some kaiju that have requirements not limited to G'cells these are called "custom kaiju", there are also kaiju that can only be bought with robux. Leveling up the monsters by destroying buildings and fighting players gives the player skill points for every five levels, which are used for increasing health, speed, regeneration, and damage of a kaiju. Roblox is a massively multiplayer online and game creation system platform developed by Roblox Corporation.

On April 17, 2019, Roblox released limited-edition promotional in-game items in a collaboration with Godzilla: King of the Monsters.[1] Three more Godzilla items were released that June 21, obtained by completing the Creator Challenge Quiz: Rodan's Head, Godzilla Spine Backpack, and Ghidorah's Wings.

On March 19, 2021, a second event collaboration based on Godzilla vs. Kong started within the Roblox game Islands. The event lasted from March 19 to April 4.

On February 7, 2024, a third event collaboration based on Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire, called Godzilla X Kong Obby, started.

Islands Godzilla vs. Kong event

  • Prior to the Godzilla vs. Kong-themed event announcement, an incomplete model of Kong was leaked by a group of players called "The Leak Gang" on March 1.[2]
