Godzilla vs. Hedorah 2 (ゴジラ対ヘドラ2,   Gojira tai Hedora Tsū) is an unmade 1972 Godzilla film.

Plot

Given that this film was to be a direct sequel to Godzilla vs. Hedorah, it most likely would have continued from the ending of the last film, where it is hinted at that a second Hedorah would emerge.

History

Yoshimitsu Banno, the director of Godzilla vs. Hedorah, was planning on making this movie. However, Tomoyuki Tanaka fired him before production could start because he reportedly hated Godzilla vs. Hedorah.^{[citation needed]}
