Momonra
Template:Kaiju Infobox Unmade Momonra (怪獣モモンラ Momonra) is an unmade flying squirrel Template:Kaiju from the unmade 1966 Nikkatsu film, Giant Monster Momonra (怪獣モモンラ Kaijū Momonra).
Name
Momonra's name comes from momonga (モモンガ), Japanese for flying squirrel. The "ra" in Momonra's name is a common suffix for Template:Kaiju names.

Momonra was a giant flying squirrel.

A giant, mutated flying squirrel appears one day and wreaks havoc.[1][2]
Giant Monster Momonra followed the unmade films Giant Monster Gigant and Giant Squid Monster Arkitius, and was ultimately replaced by Gappa.
