Godzilla & Kong: The Cinematic Storyboard Art of Richard Bennett is an upcoming art book featuring storyboards from the MonsterVerse films Kong: Skull Island, Godzilla: King of the Monsters, and Godzilla vs. Kong illustrated by Richard Bennett. Clover Press will publish it in September 2022, having secured the necessary funds from an ongoing Kickstarter campaign.[1]
Contents
Along with hundreds of the storyboards Bennett drew for the aforementioned films, the book will contain stills from the finished films for comparison. However, some of the storyboards represent scenes which were ultimately not included in the films. Godzilla vs. Kong director Adam Wingard will write the forward, while Kong: Skull Island production designer Stefan Dechant will write the afterword.
