Inaccuracies and inconsistencies
This issue contains multiple inaccuracies, ranging from statistics and years to images and captions.
- A promotional still of Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla is used to represent Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla II.
- A promotional still of Godzilla Final Wars is used to represent Godzilla 2000: Millennium.
- The issue's "Godzilla's Many Lives" chapter states that Anguirus is a mutated turtle. Rather, Anguirus is stated in Godzilla Raids Again to be an irradiated Ankylosaurus.
- The aforementioned chapter states that Rodan is based on Archaeopteryx. While some concept art of Rodan did resemble Archaeopteryx, his final look drew primarily from Pteranodon.
- The issue's "Godzilla Filmography" chapter states that the Cosmos are from an ancient civilization that created Mothra. In actuality, Mothra's origins in Godzilla vs. Mothra are never detailed.
- Godzilla: Tokyo SOS is stylized as "S.O.S.," conflicting with both Toho's preferred rendering and the real-world distress signal. This was previously done on the film's U.S. home video releases.
