Godzilla Dictionary [New Edition] (ゴジラ大辞典【新装版】 is an updated Gojira Dai-jiten [Shinsō-ban], lit. Godzilla Great Dictionary [New Edition])2014 edition of the Godzilla Dictionary released 10 years earlier.
Information
The book was published by Kasakura Publishing on August 7, 2014 to tie in with Legendary Pictures' Godzilla. Read from right-to-left, it contains 359 black-and-white pages, the first 18 being in full color - the first 11 being reserved for information on the new American film. The book contains a vast array of in-universe Godzilla franchise information, segregating entries on the Toho films toward the end, separate from the monsters, weapons, vehicles, races, characters, terminology and so on found throughout the bulk of its pages.
