Kong Unmade: The Lost Films of Skull Island is an informational book written by John LeMay which details various lost and unmade King Kong films. It was published independently in paperback on March 14, 2019, and re-released in hardcover by Bicep Books on December 12.
A revised, updated and expanded edition of the book, with over 12 new entries, was later published by Bicep Books in 2022, first as two volumes, both of them in paperback, titled Kong Unmade: The Lost Films of Skull Island Revisited Volume 1 (1925-1960) on May 10 and Kong Unmade: The Lost Films of Skull Island Revisited Volume 2 (1961-2021) on July 8, respectively, and then as one volume, also in paperback, titled Kong Unmade: The Lost Films of Skull Island Revisited on July 28.
