Influence on King Kong
- The scene where King Kong shakes the sailors off of the log bridge was inspired by a scene in Creation in which an Arsinoitherium (also planned to be used for the same scene in King Kong) knocks some sailors off of a gigantic log.
- The scene of King Kong's battle with the Meat-Eater was also inspired by a scene in Creation in which a Stegosaurus battles a Tyrannosaurus rex.
- Some of the dinosaurs designed for Creation were used as the dinosaurs from Skull Island in King Kong.
